I am writing to recommend the services of Data Integrity, Inc. We are a mid-size company with-out a large MIS or computer staff so we need a computer supplier that will help us keep us up-to-date in the fast changing world of computers and office automation. Because we had had a good experience with Doug Fox before he started Data Integrity, we gave him an opportunity to serve us in his new company. He hasn't let us down. For the last year and a half Data Integrity has been our chief micro-computer supplier and we have purchased over $100,000 worth of computer related equipment from them.
They have supplied us with everything from color laptop computers to mini-tower computers and all the software and peripherals that go with them. In addition they have supplied us with Windows-based emulation programs from Attachmate and IBM that makes connecting to our AS/400 very easy and user-friendly. When we want to upgrade a computer with more memory, a larger hard drive, or a faster micro-processor Data Integrity has been able to provide us with what we need, install it, and they give us excellent on-going support.
They have upgraded our Novell Netware when we needed to add new users and they have installed for us a peer-to-peer network using "Windows for Workgroups" and even a Tool Crib Inventory control system which utilizes bar-code readers which helps us keep track of our tools--and all of this saves us money.
We have found in general that our strong commitment to computer technology has been richly rewarded and has given us a solid return on our investment as our people are empowered to be more productive.
In our experience, Data Integrity lives up to its name. They supply us with reliable products and we have found them to be honest and reliable people. I really count on Doug Fox, our sales representative, to keep me informed about what is going on with vendors like IBM, Microsoft and Hewlett Packard which are on our approved vendor list. When I need to know what products can help me supply one of the needs of one of my users, I count on Doug to research the products and the compatibility issues and to promptly provide me with pricing on these products.
